Returns and Exchanges


Returns are for store credit or exchange only.  Returned items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging and tags.  

We allow up to 30 days to return product for store credit.  Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns for store credit after 30 days.

Some items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable or one time use items
  • Gift Cards
  • Health and personal care items, including under garments.

To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Store Credit:

Any product returned without original tags or packaging, or missing parts, damaged or not in original condition may be considered for a partial store credit.


We will gladly exchange products returned with receipts, original tags, and unused, for alternate sizes, or colors.

Final Sales:

Discounted, marked-down items or sale items are not eligible for store credit.  Custom, or tailored/altered clothing are considered final sales and not eligible for store credit.


If you would like to return a gift, purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return.  For items purchased on line, we will send a gift certificate to you once we receive the item. 

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the the item was shipped to the gift giver - then the credit will go to the gift giver.
