One of our missions for Spring ’23 was this t-shirt fabric, a no-compromise 100% cotton ring-spun classic of 16’s yarn size. At 220 gsm it’s not basic, instead representing the quality of the best gym issue goods from the 60’+ 70’s, but with a buttery soft handfeel. Features include split tail side seams and a bound neck of self-jersey. The fit was of particular concern to us as we’ve all had countless t-shirts where the collars are more like boatnecks, rendering the garment unwearable. Our new pocket tee is carefully crafted with 3-layer construction at the neck to hit a spec that we think looks and feels right. Of course, if you’re into boats, then stretch-away and “ahoy!”.
